Due to the time involved in opening up a console and diagnosing the issue, we charge a R290 assessment fee for all consoles and R120 assessment fee for smaller devices such as PS4/XBOX controllers. A free damage report is included upon request on all assessed devices.
The duration of your device repair will depend on the nature of the issue and availability of parts for your device. Most repairs take 3 to 5 working days, however, if your console issue is unique and requires additional assessment, the process may take much longer.
That’s no problem at all! Simply courier your console or controller to us and we will fix it. Once repaired, you simply need to contact the same courier company you used and ask them to send it back to you.
