Front office is very friendly and professional, and the techs usually has a fast turn around time. I've repaired my ps4 console's HDD and they replaced it with a SSD, ps5 controllers and ps4 controllers thus far.

Must be the best service I ever had at a company, I gave in my xbox controller for repairs, they send me whatzup to confirm it has been booked in, 39min later I recieve a whatzup it is ready for collection. The lady at the counter was so friendly and explained everything so clearly. What a great experience.
